Handbook: Information for foreign students
Because of the differences in climate, language, and culture, foreign students in Japan may face a number of difficulties. This handbook contains valuable and useful information about student life for foreign students at Ochanomizu University. Please read it carefully. You will receive a copy of "Guide for Student Life" (Gakusei Binran), which contains the rules and regulations of this University, as well as information on student life. Please read this handbook too. At the University, the International Affairs Division is in charge of taking care of foreign students, from the time they enter the university until they graduate. If you have any problems or questions, please contact the Office for Foreign Students.

the International Affairs Division
The International Affairs Division is located on the 2ｓｔ floor of the Student Center. The international student follows administrative procedures from entrance to graduation or completion at this office. Its opening times are Monday through Friday, 9.00-17.00.
